- How do I get a quote?
If you would like zencontrol to provide you with a quote, please send the specification and project drawings in either DWG or PDF format to email@example.com along with an enquiry form stating any special requirements and when you would like the quote back by. We will endeavour to return the quote to you within the timeframe specified.
- Who would deal with my enquiry?
One of our experienced engineers will apply an appropriate scheme to the drawings based on the specification received. They will then work out the lowest cost possible to comfortably achieve the functionality outlined in the specification.
- How do I place an order?
Once you have received a quote and have decided to go ahead with the order, please submit your order to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the CPALN number provided with the quote. You only need to specify your order’s parts and quantities if they are different from the quote.
- How long does it take for equipment to be delivered?
The estimated delivery time is 14-21 working days from the date of order. We will of course try to deliver your goods as soon as possible. You are also welcome to state a desired delivery date if you wish to wait longer than 14 days.
- What is an average time for commissioning an installation?
This depends on the size of the project. All quotes include full commissioning of the installation irrespective of the time it takes.
- What about O&M documentation?
We send out two versions of our O&M Manuals. The first is sent to you once you have placed an order and contains information about how we propose commissioning the system, how we will set the system up and also information about each piece of equipment purchased. We ask the client to carefully check the System Operation section and to comment / confirm that it is correct. Any changes to the operation of the system need to be highlighted at this stage; otherwise we will commission the system as per the details contained within the document.
Once commissioning has been completed a Final Edition of the manuals will be produced incorporating all site report sheets, completion certificates and anything else relating to the project that was not included in the first release.
- What is the warranty period on works carried out?
Our standard warranty period is 5 years from the date of practical completion of commissioning. In the unlikely event of a component or system failure we will attend site and reprogram / replace parts if necessary.
- Can I take out a maintenance agreement?
