The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is an independent non-governmental body that regulates the financial services industry in the UK. It is accountable to Treasury Ministers, and through them to Parliament. It works to promote efficient, orderly and fair financial markets and help retail financial service consumers get a fair deal.
The building in Canary Wharf is 360,000 sq.ft spanning over 15 floors, which was opened in 1998 by HRH Queen Elizabeth II.
We completed a 30,000m2 lighting control project at the FSA, providing a fully addressable lighting control system across the 15 storeys building.
This energy efficient system includes over 1000 passive infra red presence detectors and 800 networked 10 way fully addressable Luminaire Control Modules, and is configured to provide automatic daylight compensation, DSI dimming control, multiple scene sets and variable time scheduling.
The project is remote monitored by zencontrol’s Stafford Office and has been maintained continuously since Handover.
