A new £34 million police station for West Yorkshire Police was built to become the nerve centre of operations in Leeds. The facility at Elland Road, opposite Leeds United’s ground, will eventually be home to more than 1,100 staff. It houses detectives from CID, neighbourhood police, the district command centre and officers responding to 999 calls.

Elland Road was 1 of 3 West Yorkshire Police Stations completed by zencontrol. Due to project programme all 3 projects were commissioned simultaneously.

The projects also included Custody Suites, Firing Ranges and Public Order Buildings. The system is fully Dali enabled throughout including Emergency Test & Monitoring.

All 3 Police Stations are monitored centrally at zencontrol’s Head Office based in Stafford.
