The Facility
The hospital includes three operating theatres, with the flexibility to expand and reconfigure to six, alongside an endoscopy procedure room and 18 in-patient bedrooms. The development also provides dedicated beds for patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, supported by comprehensive on-site rehabilitation facilities.
The Lighting Control Solution
zencontrol delivered a fully addressable DALI-2 lighting control system throughout the hospital. The solution incorporates DALI-2 Application Controllers, Relays, PIR sensors, Switch Interfaces and Scene Sets, providing intelligent, adaptable and energy-efficient lighting control across all clinical and patient areas.
System Intelligence & Integration
An intuitive graphical user interface enables facilities teams to schedule and manage emergency lighting tests, access detailed compliance reports and make system adjustments quickly and easily. The zencontrol system fully integrates with the Building Management System (BMS) via BACnet, sharing critical data including occupancy status, DALI fault information and energy monitoring to support efficient, informed building operation.
