At zencontrol we ensure that you get the very best support from our experienced engineers. There will always be one of our highly trained engineers available to assist you in the unlikely event of a problem.

We do not charge extra for technical support, however at the time of purchase options are available to purchase head-end systems with remote control and maintenance contracts for ultimate security once the defects period has expired.

If you purchase a head-end system for your control network then we will have the facility to control this PC remotely directly from our head office, which has several advantages:

We do not need to send an engineer to site in order to address the majority of problems, but instead we can simply connect to your control network and start to fault find and/or undertake repairs. This means that whether you are in the next town or in another country we will be able to offer assistance within minutes.

We can monitor your system periodically and make sure that everything is functioning as it should be.

If you would like any changes made to the system once the installation has been signed off then we can do so via remote connection, decreasing both the response time and cost of such an operation.

Users can be trained (fixed fee service) to use the head-end software to perform basic fault finding reducing time and costs involved with such an issue.
